Cook the beans until they are soft but do not break. Strain and cool under running water. Let them drain well.
Thinly julienne the onion, add salt and allow to set for 15-20 minutes or until liquid begins to seep out. Wash in cold water and allow to drain well.
Mince the coriander, dice the avocado, and cut the strawberries into quarters.
Put the beans in a bowl, add coriander, avocado and onion, stir well and season with lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
Lastly, add strawberries, taking care not to break them.
