Ingredients

(1 serving)

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Goat cheese
  • 1 large strawberries (or 2 small ones)
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  2. Separate the yolk from the white and pour the yolk into the avocado pit hole. Add salt to taste.
  3. Put the avocados in the preheated oven for 7 minutes and take out.
  4. Slice the strawberries and a piece of goat cheese. Assemble in a plate, alternating a slice of strawberry and a piece of cheese on the side of the avocado.
  5. Over the avocado halves, add some grated goat cheese, sprinkle some pepper, and serve.
