Wash the asparagus, if frozen, defrost and peel the stems if necessary.
Wrap each asparagus in half a slice of serrano ham.
Put in an oven dish, season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Add the pomegranate arils on top.
Preheat the oven to 390°F and put the asparagus in the oven until brown and well cooked about 25 minutes.
Remove and serve as a side dish or starter.
