Cut the peach, with skin, into thick wedges.
Heat a pan or grill, add butter and when it’s melted, add the peaches until brown, for about 5 minutes. Flip and repeat.
Put clean arugula in a dish, place the Camembert cheese at the center, scatter the warm peaches, and lastly raspberries. Sprinkle some olive oil and add salt before serving.
