Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 8 Stevia drops or honey to taste

Preparation

Step 1:
Mix all the ingredients together.

Step 2:
Leave it to rest for 4 hours in the fridge for the chia seeds to expand.

Step 3:
Distribute the mixture in ice cream molds, and leave them in the freezer overnight.

Step 4:
You can remove them the molds with some hot water. Now, enjoy a delicious and healthy ice cream!
