Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp salt

Filling:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 20 strawberries
  • Olive oil and salt

Preparation

Mini dough:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, adding the water little by little until forming a smooth dough. Wrap and allow to rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Then, split the dough into small balls and roll them out to make a tortilla shape (they must be very thin). Put the tortillas in a pan with some oil until brown and crispy on both sides. Once out of the pan, use the spoon handle to give them a U shape.

Filling:
Dice the strawberries and smash the avocado. Put a tablespoon of sprouts on each tortilla, then the strawberries and avocado on the side as a dip or on top of the strawberries.
