Ingredients

(2 to 3 servings)

  • 1.7 fl oz lemon juice
  • 1.7 fl oz orange juice
  • 2 oz sugar
  • 1.7 fl oz water
  • 1 bottle sparkling mineral water
  • 2 oz berries
  • Mint leaves
  • Ice to taste

Preparation

  1. Make a syrup with water and sugar, and once it boils, turn off the heat and allow to cool.
  2. Mix the syrup with lemon and orange juice, stir and refrigerate until using.
  3. To serve, put the lemon juice mixture in a jar and add the chosen berries cut into halves or quarters.
  4. Stir and add mint leaves and ice.
  5. When serving, add sparkling mineral water to taste, stir again, and enjoy.
