As part of the loyalty and retention initiatives of our seasonal Hortifrut family, the “Premiazo Hortifrut” was implemented, a loyalty program that recognizes the effort and commitment of our employees during the harvest season.
This strategy has been driven by the Seasonal Human Resources Management in Chile in coordination and teamwork with the Field Managers. Premiazo Hortifrut is being implemented in 15 of our fields.
What is the Premiazo Hortifrut about? It is a series of raffles that take place during the season in which harvest collaborators who meet the criteria set by the field participate.
This season we have the goal of raffling more than 190 awards among our harvesters and crew supervisors who stand out for their commitment.
