The Club de Campeones Program was born during the 2018 campaign and over the years it has proven to be an efficient means of improving the quality of life of workers and their families, delivering more than 60,000 products.
It is a service model for agricultural workers that allows them to exchange various products such as appliances, tools and construction materials, food baskets, among others. It also contributes to loyalty and thus decrease staff turnover and increase productivity.
Because the Club de Campeones Program has proven to be an efficient way of improving the quality of life of more than 20,000 workers and their families, it was a finalist in the Business Creativity contest in the Human Factor category. This nomination fills us with great pride, as it highlights Hortifrut’s interest in contributing to the well-being of our collaborators, their families, and the community in general. Therefore, we will continue in the line of innovation and committed to continuing to reap success.
